Orders and Shipping

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, we will need a few details to complete your purchase, but registration is not required. You can create an account in order to make purchasing in the future quicker and easier.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times depend on the selected delivery method, between 3-5 days for express delivery and 10-14 days for regular mail.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your purchase you’ll recive a confirmation email that includes a tracking code and instructions for tracking your order.

Tax and Fees

Payment of fees and taxes are at the expense of the customer

Clothes Handling

Dry Clean ONLY

The clothing must be dry cleaned, do not wash in a washing machine under any circumstances.
In the case that the garment has been washed in a washing machine HADYO disclaims any responsibilities.

Returns

Warranty

HADYO makes every effort to supply the clothes at the highest quality possible, if somehow it is received damaged in any way, please contact us and we will make sure to repair it.
If the defect is caused while wearing the garment, washing in a way that contradicts the instructions or three weeks after the purchase HADYO holds no responsibility.
No refunds.It is possible to exchange for a different size or model as long as the returned garment is not damaged.
Warranty for your purchase is valid one week from receiving the package.
If damages occur during handling and shipping, Hadyo is not held responsible.

Shipping

In the case that you need to return your purchase, please contact us at hadyohautecouture@gmail.com so we can coordinate shipping.
Shipping back to Hadyo is at the expense of the client, the repaired product will be shipped to the client at the expense of Hadyo by post.
